Nerve Arena ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Nerve Arena mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account data: To use the App you sign in with Google or Apple. We receive your name, email address, and provider user ID from the chosen provider. We use this to create your account, which stores your progress, match history, stats, and journal entries.
Microphone access: The App requires access to your device's microphone for the "Voice Dojo" feature. Audio recorded is used solely to generate transcriptions for real-time coaching via our AI service providers (Google Gemini). We do not store raw audio files on our servers after processing.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the App via Firebase Analytics (screens visited, features used, session duration). This data is anonymised and aggregated.
Purchase data: Coin and subscription purchases are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. We store a record of purchases on our servers solely to credit your account.
Device data: We collect crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability. Reports include device model, OS version, and app version. No personally identifiable information is included.

Free-tier users may optionally watch rewarded video ads to earn Resolve. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. When you consent, AdMob may collect:
Ads are never shown to paid subscribers. Ads are never forced — you see them only when you choose to tap "Watch video" inside the Resolve refill screen. On iOS, the system App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown before any tracking occurs. In GDPR regions, Google's consent form is shown.

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the App: open the Profile tab, tap Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm. Deletion removes your account record and all linked data (match history, journal entries, stats, and purchase records) from our active databases. If you cannot access the in-app option, you may also request deletion by emailing hello@nervearena.com. Inactive accounts may be purged after 12 months of inactivity.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@nervearena.com to exercise these rights.
