These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nerve Arena mobile application operated by Nerve Arena ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use the App, you must create an account by signing in with Google or Apple. We receive your name, email address, and provider user ID from the chosen provider to create and maintain your account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
The App uses artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini) to generate opponent responses, coaching feedback, voice transcription, and analysis of your input. AI-generated content is provided for educational and self-improvement purposes only.
AI-generated content is not professional advice — including but not limited to therapeutic, psychological, medical, legal, financial, or career advice. Do not rely on the App for any decision where you should consult a qualified professional. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for how you act on any AI-generated content.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional. The App is not a substitute for therapy or crisis support.

Community scenarios you create must not contain illegal, abusive, or discriminatory content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and subscriptions). All purchases are:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Free-tier users may optionally watch rewarded video advertisements to earn in-app currency. Paid subscribers do not see advertisements. Information about advertising partners and the data they receive is in our Privacy Policy.
All content in the App (graphics, text, AI-generated responses, UI) is owned by Nerve Arena or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Community scenarios you create remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display them within the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerve Arena shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nerve Arena is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
